Iran: More Than 110,000 Deaths from Coronavirus in 444 Cities

The MEK Iran website shared some statements by prominent personalities about the corona virus:

· Rohani: 48% to 53% of people respected the sanitary rules, the not respecting these rules can cause a problem. We need to tighten regulations and controls.

· Minou Mohraz, National Coronavirus Control Center (NCCC): We have repeatedly warned people to avoid unnecessary travel, but the government and the Ministry of Education are pushing people onto the streets. The country is constantly on the wave of the coronavirus. We cannot speak of a first or third wave. The NPB has opposed reopening the schools from the start, but they opened two weeks earlier, which is a total mistake. If we continue like this, the country is headed for disaster. Getting tougher on Iran

With the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) attacking or seizing commercial vessels in the Gulf, bombing Saudi oil infrastructure, and continuing its aggressive policies in Syria, Iraq, and Yemen, the Iranian regime’s foreign policy has increased in its brazenness.

Professor Ken Blackwell warns that the US should not decrease its pressure on the mullahs. The professor wrote that the recent actions of the regime cannot simply be interpreted as a response to rising levels of pressure from the US. The regime’s abuses, both at home and abroad, have been getting worse for quite some time. This is not a result of the newfound foreign pressure, but of the predictable absence thereof.
